Recently, due to the rising temperature, the circulating water operation load has increased, and the cooling time of the fermentation medium after sterilization has been extended, which indirectly affected the normal production of fermentation.
For this reason, the workshop has repeatedly negotiated with the company’s leaders to decide on-line cooling after continuous sterilization of the fermentation medium. Although the plan is feasible, where is the cooling equipment? Procurement of new equipment, the delivery period is too long, after the arrival of the goods and installation to put into use, it may be in the autumn and winter, there is no use value. How to do? After discussion, it was decided to use the plate heat exchanger used in the original continuous consumption. The plan must be taken immediately. However, it was found that there was leakage in the material passage sleeve of the plate head of the plate heat exchanger. What should I do? The cost of returning to the factory for maintenance is high and the cycle is long. Contact the local parts processing plant, saying that there is no relevant equipment manufacturer for the accessories, no standard parts, and the processing quality cannot be guaranteed. In desperation, after discussing with the maintenance staff, the workshop leaders decided that we would do it ourselves.
With the great assistance of the machining staff, after two days, we finally repaired the equipment. After testing, there was no leakage, and the result was qualified, and it can be installed and used.
Through this incident, I deeply realize that as long as you can overcome the fear of difficulties and make up your mind to work hard, you can find a solution to the problem and become more and more intellectually superior. Let us try bravely and don't give up even if there is only one percent of hope.
