On January 16, 2023, the circulating water pipe in the driving unit building of Workshop 309 in the North Factory area leaked, and the maintenance personnel of the workshop rushed to the scene for immediate repair.
This circulating water pipe was buried in the ground in 2004, 18 years ago, because it was buried underground, it could not be repaired and predicted. After breaking the ground, maintenance crews found more than one leak. Due to the tight maintenance time requirements, it is too late to pump out the water in the overhaul pit. The maintenance teachers check the leak point and weld the leak point with hose. There is a relatively large leak point, because it is close to the wall column, and there is a bearing platform under the column, it can not be dug deeply for welding repair. If you want to weld repair, you must cut the upper part of the pipeline and weld repair from the inside of the pipeline, but this needs to shut down the circulating water system and empty the water of the pipeline, which is bound to affect the production of the whole plant. What to do? Company general manager Wu Yongming, safety production director Liu Xiaoqiang, equipment director Na Wenguo and 309 workshop leaders heard the news, have rushed to the scene, understand the situation, discuss solutions. Finally, by welding and self - made tube hoop method, the pipeline plugging was basically completed at more than 1 am on the 17th.
Because the material of circulating water pipe is φ600 spiral steel pipe, self-made tube hoop is used to plug the leakage, the sealing is not very good, and there are leakage. In order to better ensure the normal operation of the company's production system, the company decided to urgently purchase the Haff section pipe stopper and replace the self-made pipe hoop. To be bought after the Haf section, 309 workshop maintenance personnel after many adjustments, in the 17th day before 20 o 'clock, to complete the plugging work.
The repairmen in Workshop 309 worked in the water for more than 15 hours in the cold. Although the face of every maintenance personnel on the scene is full of exhaustion, but the moment we look at each other, we are more pleased and satisfied.
