Due to the impact of COVID-19, the powder tanker transporting sodium carbonate to Jilantai Alkali industry in Inner Mongolia has been suspended since March 10, and the sodium carbonate used in the fermentation process of Workshop 107 has been changed to tons of bales and mixed with large ingredients. At the same time, according to the monthly production plan, sorbitol and corn pulp unloading vehicles were also fixed in the production site of Workshop 107, so the original unloading personnel could not take into account the work of large ingredients due to regional limitations. In order to ensure that the batching work is completed on time, the workshop transferred An Lijun from the inspection and elimination group to assist our batching group in the preparation of sodium carbonate.
On the first day an Lijun came here, the group leader trained him on safety and practical operation according to the training process of staff transferring to another post. Although he was familiar with the checking and elimination post, he was relatively unfamiliar to our post. The group leader repeatedly asked me to take this apprentice to ensure safe operation and work quality. Therefore, I gave him careful guidance, strict supervision and enhanced communication. In less than half a week, An Lijun was able to operate skillfully and carefully! I joked with the group leader that Apprentice An would change his identity with my master Zhu. The group leader laughed and gave me a thumbs-up.
No matter work or life, as long as you study hard, there is nothing you can't learn. Everything can be done well as long as you put your heart into it.
